TESTIMONIALS
achieve your dreams
I loved the "Acheive Your Dreams" workshop as it rang lot's of bells. It's made me aware of staying focused in the moment, whatever I am doing I am
less likely to allow my mind to drift which is a achievement in its self!.
I have loads of inner work to do but hasn't everyone! The work shop has really
helped me stay positive and stopped me from mentally trashing my long term goals. I found the exercises in the
folder helpful and I have started to plan my days better.
achieve your dreams
Well I really really (yes that's two reallys wow!) enjoyed myself! I thought it was a lovely venue the people at the workshop were so easy to get on with...though I know that part is not within your control, and as far as did I feel I'd come away and learned?...absolutely!
So a couple of weeks down the line am I still thinking about what I brought away?...definitely...
Have I looked through the file we were given? Yes
Would I want to participate in a further course? Yes
Would I recommend you to someone for a workshop? Definitely
Was I happy to pay the fee? Yes definite value for money
For me if you just bring one thing away from a workshop that stays with you or better still that you pass onto someone else so they can benefit all well and good!

Just to let you know that I enjoyed the course very much! There was a lot discussed and many issues that was covered I think we all could relate too.
When you were talking I found myself agreeing thinking yes that has happened to me I experienced that and watching others reacting the same
way in agreement of experiences and situations they themselves have been in.
The thoughts where we are all alike and your not on your own and not to take incidents personally that 95% of the time the issues aren't with yourself it is with others own insecurities. It's knowing and learning how to deal with life's inexpedience's. Basically all have issues which everyone has its starts from within and how to re- balance the in-balances.
The course is interesting and the best things of all is you meet some really lovely like-minded people who share similar experience's. That in itself is invaluable. You also learn alot about yourself!

Found it very useful chatting to other therapists, and discussing our goals and dreams in life
achieve your dreams
A great course, good pace, with lots of informative and inspirational material.
Excellent resources all organised in the file for reading afterwards.
Enthusiastic and interesting delivery which motivated the audience.
I liked the visualisation and the holistic aspect to the course. More of this would have been good; but in 4 hours you
covered a lot of ground - and you can't cover everything.

I really enjoyed the workshop, it gave me the confidence and the kick to go and get started!
Infact I started that very same day! I learnt lots about myself and realised that I am indeed very mentally lazy.
life coaching
I came across Kal's ad in the local news paper and thought I would give him a go. At the
time I was the assistant manager at a small buiding society in the the Manchester area. It
was a position which I had held for the last 5 years and it wasn't looking to change any time
soon.
Since the first meeting was free I figured what have I got to lose? I met up with Kal and we
chatted for a while until it got down to the gritty bottom. I told him straight I want the
managers job at my place!
I was expecting Kal to say that goals have to be realistic, but he is a believer in the
impossible. Kal was very supportive and encouraging and the solutions that I came up with
whilst under his coaching got me the managers position in six months.
I have recommneded Kal to several of my friends and even to clients of mine. When they ask
me what he does or how he works. I have to be honest and say I don't know, I think he just
believes so strongly that you can do it, it infects you.
Can I just say though that I would never have come up with the idea if I hadn't have been
coached by Kal. He doesn't come up with ideas, he comes up with the right questions.
So how did I come to get the managers job? Well, I approached my manager and asked her where
her next job was, I then helped her get the job she wanted and she gave me hers. Inspiring!

Kal is a scary guy! Dont let him talk to you unless you are really wanting
to manifest your dreams.
the phoenix programme
I did the phoenix programme back in 2004. Every lesson was special, Kal
brought new ideas and practicals to each lesson. As time passed we grew closer together as a class
and as individuals.
That's the thing about Kal, he understands the deeper things. Like he knew that
the class would finish someday and so his class brought us together so that we supported each other
but also he taught us to stand on our own too.
And when it finished we were all crying and laughing at the same time. Thanks Kal, and as you know
I keep my scrapbook going!
the phoenix programme
The phoenix program was a time of healing. It was recommended to me by a caring
friend after I had lost my daughter. The sessions were light and easy going as well as supportive. Kal
expects what you can give and just a little more. He seems to have the knack of knowing when you can
go that extra mile and when to let it alone. I have to say the people on the course were very helpful
and caring. I miss them all.

I met Kal in a cafe in Manchester. The cafe was empty and he just
popped over and sat at my table. "What's up?" he asked. I was taken by surprise. First at
him just joining me and second, at the question. Because something was up. We ended up
spending a couple of hours together talking about me really.
It wasn't until I stopped to take breath for a minute that Kal smiled and said what you
need is a life coach. I laughed "and where would I get one of them?"
My friends had often said to me that, with my family problems I needed a counsellor or some
pills. "with friends like that, right?" I met up with Kal, in his life-coaching role for
a few months and then both my husband and I met with him a few times too.
The thing is that, as Kal himself says, "I ain't a counsellor". Life coaches look to the
future. and although we didn't know it at that time thats what me and Phil needed. To look
to the future.
Kal introduced or re-introduced us to the concept that "love" is a doing as well as a feeling.
Actions!!! Do, do and do!!! Thats Kal's battle cry!
Kal saved our marriage. Kal disagrees, he says he just reminded us.

Just to have someone believe in you is a wonderful thing. But to have
someone who teaches you to believe in yourself, that's magic!
the phoenix programme
Where in your life will you come across: juggling, origami, singing,
laughter, poetry, painting, being silly, dowsing, standing on your head, hop-scotch, dancing,
adventuring and getting Kal to dress up as a clown? Only in the phoenix programme! Still talked
about in our local! Run it again!
life coaching
Ok, Kal asked me for a testimonial so here it is. My mum worked in a bakery in Warrington
and Kal was a regular there. She found out what he did and asked him whether he would have
a word with her son.
That's me Tony, I was a 23 year old lay-about with a no-where job at the time. My mum asked
me to go for a coffee with Kal. So, more to stop her from having a go at me I met up with
him.
The thing about Kal is that at first you just have to think he is a nut. Whatever you tell
him you want to do becomes feasable when he is around. The problem with me was that I didn't
know what I wanted.
Well, a coffee and cake later and we wern't getting anywhere. So I called it a day. The rest
of the week though my mind was buzzing with ideas and my job was looking less and less exciting.
That's what Kal says, "You have to get disturbed." So I was disturbed and eventually I gave him
a call and we talked and came up with a action filled plan.
Three months later I had set up a business and was earning more money than I had before. Now it's
two years later and I have my own Internet business (I didn't even know how to use it before). My
mum doesn't work in the bakery anymore. Yes I know it sounds like a fairy tale. But you just have
to ask my mum what it was like before.
Thanks Kal - need anything? You know who to call.
